1200g diced chicken breast
8 tablespoons sugar-free orange marmalade/jelly
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1.5 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Season the Chicken:

  • Sprinkle the chicken with 1 tablespoon of onion powder and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
  • Continue to cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked through.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • While the chicken is cooking, mix together 8 tablespoons of sugar-free orange marmalade, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
