Side Effects of Gastric Sleeve Surgery
There are several side effects that have to be dealt with when it comes to gastric sleeve surgery. Some of the common problems include:
Constipation & Dehydration
Constipation and dehydration are common issues that a lot of us face almost daily. It is important to drink at least 2 liters of non-protein-based fluids. Meeting this requirement can prove challenging, and when one falls short, constipation results, and suppositories have to be used, which at times are not even able to work their magic, this is our biggest side effect from the surgery and one we totally didn’t expect or prepare for but seams to be extremely common with the people we know who got a gastric sleeve.
